Tilba Retreat

November 1st 2025

This spring, join us in the picturesque village of Tilba for a nourishing day by the coast, held by the energy of the Mother mountain Gulega, in a light filled yoga sanctuary. Surrounded by fresh sea air and the gentle beauty of the season, we will gather for uplifting yoga and moments of stillness to welcome in new beginnings.

A day of yoga & renewal designed to awaken your senses and restore your spirit

THE DAY

A day retreat is more than just a day away, it’s a full reset for your mind, body, and spirit. In the busyness of life, we rarely give ourselves permission to pause. A single dedicated day of yoga, nature, and stillness can release built up tension, spark fresh energy, and bring clarity to what matters most.

We will start with an uplifting morning yoga session to open the body, clear the mind, and awaken your vitality. Followed by a nourishing catered light lunch, featuring fresh, locally sourced produce from the Tilba region. The middle of the day is yours to soak in the magic of Tilba, wander historic cottages, connect with local artisans, breathe in the beauty of blooming gardens, or let the ocean wash over you at untouched beaches. This intentional spaciousness gives your nervous system time to truly soften.

We will close with a nurturing afternoon practice to ground and restore you, sealing in the calm and clarity you’ve cultivated. You will head home lighter, clearer, and renewed, carrying the energy of spring forward into your everyday life.
